Kew ORCHID Festival 2022: Virtual Tour!

by Geoff Ashtonpublished on March 1, 2022

Today we take a virtual tour around the world famous Kew Orchid Festival 2022 – which takes place within a large glasshouse known as the Princess of Wales Conservatory at Kew Gardens in London. The Princess of Wales Conservatory contains 10 computer-controlled climatic zones – mostly topical – with plants from all around the world. These serve as a wonderful backdrop to the orchids (mostly endemic to Costa Rica). I strongly recommend you make a personal visit if you are able, but until then, enjoy my brief visit to this annual display of orchids.

I show you these characteristics on my various Nepenthes plants, along with plenty of photographic examples.
